The house has been empty for over 15 years, and is in generally reasonable condition, however, there is a structural wooden beam that is failing, and this would need to be replaced as part of the reform.  Also, some of the floor has moved, and this would need to be fixed (photos are included).  However, with these issues sorted, this would make for a great town centre property, in easy reach of everything.

The property will need reconnecting to the mains water and electricity, but it's at the property.
