The main house has a large entrance room with a cosy wood burner - this part of the house was originally the terrace and had been glazed in to add extra space. There is a door leading into another large lounge with a wood burner and air conditioning. There are four double bedrooms, one with patio doors leading out to the patio, there is also an air conditioning unit and electric radiator. There is also a nice full bathroom with wet room. There is also a fully fitted kitchen.
Outside there is almost everything you could need to enjoy the sun, there are ponds, fountains and mature trees. There is also a gazebo to shelter from the midday sun, a pool table and bar area are included, making this a perfect place to entertain family and friends. The pool is south facing, with the added bonus of a heated jacuzzi, this area is completed with a paddle tennis court. There is also an outdoor bathroom to serve the pool and bar area. There is a lovely little house with a living/dining room and equipped kitchen, a large double bedroom and a bathroom.
